You're Grounded Sensory Kit

This Kit comes with 7 different sensory toys that can be used in various grounding exercises. While people who are Autistic have been said to benefit from using these items, as a person who has PTSD, I have found them to help me personally as well. This is a grouping of some of my favorites.
